A very nice rose. The water and reflection in the vase make it. Interesting process.

Platinum/Palladium print, Bergger COT320 paper, Century Master studio camera, Seneca Whole Plate f5 portrait lens, 6.5 x 8.5 Fomapan 200 (cut down from 8x10 Fomapan).
I must admit, they look pretty reasonable. Sometimes I adjust the contrast slightly from the scans, but it's as likely to be down as it is up. I tried to do a digi-snap of the last two I posted next to an Ansel Adams book to show the true tonal scale, but couldn't get the glare off the book. But maybe you can tell something; this is un-photoshopped:

Bear in mind, these are unvarnished, and wil pick up a little more "richness" (and "dust") after varnishing.
