I can offer iQsmart3 scans in the UK at a very reasonable cost as long as you're not in a rush ( I'd rather take my time and do it right, don't need to make a living from this yet ).
It's a pretty good scanner, as can be seen from this sites comparison thread:

I2o, Where are you located. Service is still available in Europe.
Also, Try contacting Hasselblad's site in Redmond, WA.
I don't know if they still do servicing there.
