B+W printing houses who are now using Chromira or Lightjet equipment ?

What firms are now offering to print from a b+w scan using either of the above-mentioned (or similar) equipment? I like my prints on glossy. I like the look of conventional darkroom prints. I've seen samples of inkjet printing, and it just doesn't do it - for me.

I realize the chemical soup is different for black and white, and that some firms may be reluctant to do b+w printing using the Chromira or Lightjet for that reason. West Coast Imaging reports that they are not doing b+w on their new Chromira - yet.

So who's offering this service?
