12:00 pm: show begins
12-3 pm: Artist opening and speeches, discuss artwork
3-6 pm: Browsing and music by guitarist Alex Thornton
6-8 pm: Gala begins, harpist and cellist Catherine and Marie Rose Croissett
*silent auction throughout day, winners announced at 9
10 pm : End exhibition

Tri, nice video showing some of what went on. Thanks for putting this together. We did well. Several sales, great turn out and some wonderful art work on display. Congratulations to you and all of the artists who displayed their work.
