Announcing Gampi and Orotype Platinum Prints by Marko Trebušak; video
The Cunningham Press is pleased to present the works of Slovenian photographer Marko Trebušak.
Marko shoots a variety of formats including large format and digital. Recently he has been printing landscapes on ultralight Japanese gampi paper (about 35 gsm), and creating orotypes by layering pure gold leaf on the back.
Two landscape prints are currently available, Marko's orotypes will be available soon.
To learn more about Marko's work please visit www.thecunninghampress.com/marko-trebusak-prints/
I created a little video to show the transparency of these fine prints. (1 min.)
Cheers,
Paul

Wonderful!
Seems a bit common these days...to see imagery who's only real "value" relates to its having been printed on and with something "exotic." So nice, in this case, to see thoughtfully composed images, in concert with an obvious cognizance of the particular expressive qualities of chosen materials, come together so well! Bravo!
