Chemical Question - proportion

Hello,
Does anybody could help me?

I have some troubles with calculation a chemical receipt (developer)
For instance - i have a chemical formula with 4 reagents for creating one liter of the Developer.
I need 1,5 L of that Developer.

What I am thinking, may be I wrong - I would like just increase the ingredients in the formula on 50% and use the 1,5L water. For example - this formula uses 90 gr of Hydroquinone for 1L, I will use 135 gr for 1.5L, Does it correct?

Or shall i need to create 2L of the Developer and take a 1.5L from this volume?

Volume increases by 50. % so weights increase by 50 % to maintain the ratio
