Hi,
I'm looking to rent a darkroom with top equipment ( private or not ) to print B&W FB Photopaper (up to 20 x24 ) from 4x5 negatives. ( Z.S.)
Any suggestions beside Print Space and CCNY ?
Thank you !

All of the large companies in NYC that rented darkrooms have been closed for ten years. PrintSpace is pretty much it -- and they are pretty good, considering how small they are. The rates are a little on the high side compared to what was once available, but there is hardly a market now for darkroom rentals.
On the plus side, the people at PrintSpace are particularly skilled at making prints and providing expert advice on making prints (whether they are digital or analog).
I'd rename your thread "any darkroom rentals in ny?"
Any equipment is better than no equipment as well, you're about ten years too late as dachyagel said.
My Own Color Lab on W 27th, despite its name, has B&W rental darkrooms. I've never used one myself but supposedly they're pretty nice. No idea if they have enlargers suitable for 4x5 but give them a call.

It's not NYC but if your planning a photo vacation, and need a darkroom, Woodstock/catskill mountains is your ideal place. Catskill Center For Photography has a wet darkroom and digital.... reasonable fees/nice people... NYC bus round trip almost to the front door.....
Hey,
There is a new place that opened up in Brooklyn. They have 2 enlargers that print 4x5. www.artphotoart.net
There used to be a place just south of 14th St. on Broadway, haven't found anything to indicate it's still there but I di find this:

By far, the nicest most state of the art facility I've ever seen is the darkroom setup at ICP.
