Durst Rho 600 I-Cut dot inverted

Hello when nesting files on a Rho 600 with I-Cut on the dots become inverted its very strange. I called Durst about this problem and they have no resolution or knowledge that other printers are having this problem. I posted a picture of the way the dots look on the print. The dots on the left are the inverts and the dots on the right are correct. When the dots become inverted the camera on my CNC router cannot read them. It is then very difficult and time consuming to cut out the prints. Any suggestions.
