I've seen a good bit of his stuff over the years. This is a really nice exhibit that you should not miss if you are in or near Nashville. And it is worth traveling for. Don't miss it.

Thanks for posting this Henry. I didn't know his show had gone up.
Here in Memphis some folks are in the process of organizing an Eggleston museum. Hopefully there will be more info this year.

We took advantage of a child-free weekend to whet the visual appetite. This was an interesting show. Some of this exhibit showed his earlier work with muted colors, while it also included some of his dye prints from the 80's which have very bold, well defined colors. I missed the film they had playing off in the corner, but I'll be back in two weeks to catch that.
The image display alone was well worth the annual membership we enjoy at The Frist.
