Linhof Grid Overlay for Linhof Super Screen

good day...

i am looking for the grid overlay, part number 052523, to be used in concert with the linhof super screen, part number 052522.

i am having trouble finding one... any help would be appreciated.

Thet are discontinued, out of production and out of stock. We can no longer supply them. Neither can anyone else.

that's sad news, bob. i guess my only option is used.

will replacing the original ground glass with the super screen / grid overlay throw off the focus of the camera? will i have to send it in to marflex for a calibration if i go this route?

The Super Screen replaces the grond glass so there is no change in shim or gg position provided your gg rests directly on the shims now with the fresnel on the side closest to your eye.

If your frenel is under your gg - on the lens side - then your camera would have to be adjusted.

bob... i made be misunderstanding you, but there is no fresnel now... just a gridded ground glass.

if i take out the gg and insert the super screen / grid overlay, will i need to have the camera adjusted?
