Make the 2 end pieces exactly the same. The two parts with the columns exactly the same and then a unique middle peace that’s basically just flat and then the two columns go into the middle peace.
Also put some notches where things connect so thy align properly.

Thanks
I've already made most of the changes just after uploading the picture.
If you look at the picture you can see that the top column would have been all wrong as it is now.
The two endpieces are now the same and the middle part is now female on both sides for the columns to slide in to, they are also the same now.
So down to three pices.
The hight of the center piece could be adjusted to make it possible to develop other types of film with similar size such as 13x18.
The line tha goes down all the parts is for aligning, dont think it's necessary with a keyway

This gets me excited. How about 5x8, or 4x10?

I'm going to make the filmslots a bit bigger to make it easier to load

Very, very cool. The fact that you're getting 6 sheets into a Multitank 5 is awesome!

Looks good!
Be really careful and not make them too big because that will make the film fall out during agitation. That’s the reason I only use my mod54 for stand developing the film comes out too easily even with minimal agitation.

Re: 3d printed MOD75 for devolping 5x7 sheets
I've tried it now and it did not go well all the negatives moved and got stuck together.
I made a complete redesign and hoping it will go better this time.
Only four negs at the time now.

I'm hoping to save a lot of chemistry with this design, rotating instead of inverting.
The old one used about 2,4 liters.
