Anyone using Epson R1900? for Digital Negatives?
Looking for users reactions to the Epson R1900, especially for making digital negatives. Anyone have one they are using and would like to share opinions?
I need to upgrade my current printer to something that will use pigment inks (for UV blocking) as my current dye based printer does not give me negatives with enough density. I am not looking for a high volume or high end printer. Cost is a factor and I have looked at the posts about Epson other models - R2400, R2800, or R2880, etc. - but I would like to keep the cost below $800 and have something that would work well.
As always, thanks -
