Still wish the SP457 had made it...but this is a decent alternative--especially if it it opens up the possibility of 8x10 in the future.
Does two liters to develop two 8x10s sound right?

No, 240ml/ 8fl oz(us) is the minimum stock solution of D-76/ID-11/Perceptol etc recommended to develop 80 sq in of film - and most liquid developers need far less.Quote:

Note that we're hoping to have tested the dual-sided film holders before the Kickstarter ends. That would allow you to process 4 sheets in 2 liters.
We decided to error on the side of too much chemistry in order to provide for even development. We're also hoping to reduce the chemical requirement a bit; we'll have to see what develops (sorry about the pun.)
