I'm new here. I'm writing a book on the history of boxing in Pittsburgh and am looking for any old photos of Pittsburgh boxers that are out there. If not Pittsburgh, then any old fighter photos will do.

I'm afraid I don't have any pictures of old fighters, but maybe this could be the boxing thread.

Look in Ebay. Many newspapers sold off their photo archives and the buyers are moving them on Ebay. I have bought a few for my favorite sport, rowing, and I'm guessing you will find a lot of boxing pictures there also.
Acting upon vanity I bought some of my press photos from such a seller. Turns out that in the end I cancelled what I made from then. :)Quote:
