bausch & lomb lens

I bought an older Omega D2 and amongst the boxes of stuff was a bausch & lombs lens. I have no idea what it fit onto maybe someone out there does. It is as and I quote off the lens barrel a" Bausch & Lomb Incorporated 8 1/4" f/45 1:1MAG. " That lettering is engraved into the lens but at the other end is printed "+12 APR 23 1963" The f-stops are f8, 6.3, 5.6, 4.5 Any information would be appreciated. Thank you

Steve, those were used in the earliest xerox machines I think.
