For those interested in learning some Platinum printing (with some contemporary twists)- Scott B. Davis will be teaching this workshop:

Landscape Alchemy: Platinum Printing in Yosemite Valley

August 12-16, 2009 (Yosemite National Park)
"This workshop will focus on the fundamentals of making fine platinum prints. Students will learn how to select appropriate images for platinum printing, how to make paper choices unique to individual images, and learn the fundamentals of printing in this exquisite process."

I had to look around and think the problem being pointed out is that there's no link for Scott's workshop at the posted link. Maybe the workshop has been filled and the blurb removed ? Dunno...
