Some Epson Photo, can't honestly even remember which one, wasn't mine. But I set it at 1200dpi.

It was probably f/32.

Cool, it sounds that Epson is very good after all then, maybe for 4x5 or LF it is decent compared to using it for 35mm or MF.

I still use an Epson Stylus PHOTO 3200 scanner with Silverfast 8 scan software and have no complaints :)

Its ok, i have Epson V750 which is the best Epson scanner, and i am almost happy with it, just was curious about others scanners, maybe someone using a drum scanner or a dedicated scanner or whatever, but when looking at the results here it is really difficult to tell, and if i like some results then doesn't matter which scanner was used, and happy to know that many are done by Epson scanner anyway.
