First shooting and developing 4x5
Hello everyone, new here. I'm from Slovakia, the heart of Europe...Took my cheap Calumet Cadet with Nikkor W 150mm F5.6 lens to Dayton Airshow, this was the second shot I took (then 4 more) and developed in a hotel bathroom (business trip in USA). You should see me when I opened up the lid on the Paterson tank and examined my B's 4x5 reel. The grin on my face. Used Xtol stock, film is Delta 100.
Looking forward to more, and also to get a scanner.
Good light to all
Danny

I wish I had never sold my Cal Cadet, but I still use the case.

Hi, i got it of the bay for 100 dollars :) and looking at a wood field camera in near future, so Cadet will be up for grabs, cheap :)
I like the Chamonix a lot.
Re: First shooting and developing 4x5
A good deal! When they first came out, I considered buying a couple for our university photo program...but student equipment should be built like battle tanks.
I have a Chamonix 11x14 -- nicely made.
