I have 2 shutters that run audibly irregular in the slow speeds. It doesn't get better after some exercise so they need service. But I have no idea where to send them. Does someone has an address in europe where they still service LF shutters?

Most European repair shops who know how to repair a Rolleiflex TLR know how to repair a mechanical leaf shutter for a LF lens.
Simply ask them.

It all depends. In other European countries you get your package first and the custom fee is paid after. Also, for a smaller amount (up to 100 euro) it is not demanded at all. The cost of repair is less in US than in Europe.Quote:

Shipping is a pain even within belgium official documents taking more than a week to arrive within the same village. And customs fees are high. I know you can get it "temporary exported" but even then they do ask "document fees". I phoned already some shops but they have no idea where to send it.
It are shutters for LF lenses, nothing to do with Rollei. Checked and one is a Copal the other marked Linhof (but that is probably just another name for a more common brand).
I hear you. So in any case you will need to send it abroad and pay the custom fees? Why not to S.K.Grimes then? Frankly, if I need my shutter to be working for next 10 years I don't care if I pay 30$ more for it but I do care that it is a Copal repair centre that will do the job. Just me.Quote:
