Re: January 2018 Portraits
Rick, lovely colors on that Portra. How did you develop it, which C-41 kit did you use?
Here's a shot from late October that I only now got to properly scan:

Shot with the Omega View 45D & the Xenar 150mm/f5.6, on Fomapan 400. This was my first development with the Stearman Press SP-445 tank, and I didn't properly align the film in the holder, thus the developing marks. :o
Re: January 2018 Portraits
I used the Unicolor C-41 kit in a Patterson tank. My 1st time with it and I was sure I screwed it up but they came out anyway. :-) I look forward to shooting a lot more Portra as well as Ilford HP5. I like the single light on your shot (gotta have shadows).

Porta is such a great portrait film.
Re: January 2018 Portraits
It took half a year to move and get the studio/dark room going again! Pfew!
Daniel through a Hermagis petzval.

Clearly I have a LONG way to go with getting the plates to look better but this is my humble submission!
