Hi, I am in Hong Kong right now and try to get my 8x10 negatives developed, but can not find a lab. Everyone tells me they have discontinued the service for 8x10.
Anyone knows a lab that still does this stuff over here?

Did you check the listings for professional camera shops in the Lonely Planet tour guide? When I was there in '97 I remember a number of professional shops and that none of them were on Nathan Rd.
Colorsix Stanley street, Central, HK island. But I am not sure. Try Google "Colorsix Hong Kong"
I asked Color Six, they do only up to 4x5 unfortunatly.

No not this year sorry. Hong Kong is only a short trip, and I could barely afford THAT ;)
