CS4 will not print to new epson R3000

I have a new Epson R3000 (replacing a R1900). When trying to print from CS4 I get a error message

telling me to "install a printer". CS4 printed fine to the R1900.

The R3000 prints great to Qimage, MS Word,and any other printing software I have except CS4 ?

I have reinstalled the epson and CS4 software at least three times with no help. I called Epson they told me it is nothing to do with the printer.

Has anybody else had this problem with CS4 ??

Installing the printer has to do with your computer's OS. You can install the software all you want, but until you tell the computer what and where your new printer is, it won't do anything. You'll need to look in your system control panels or whatever your platform calls it for "install new printer" or some such.

The printer will print to everything except CS4,I am using QImage to print now but would like to print from CS4
