Universal Rapid Aplanat Serie "E" No.3 or Petzlodt & Kloos lenses info

Hello,
I found two lens on local market, Universal Rapid Aplanat Serie "E" No.3 f8 and PETZOLDT & KLOOS, Mannheim, 6988, Universal Aplanat Extra Rapid also f8.
Does anybody know anything about of those two lenses?

Petzoldt & Kloos of Mannheim is probably a dealer. 'Rapid Aplanat' is just a generic lens type so doesn't give much clue to the maker, sadly.

There have been many previous questions about anon. lenses (especialy from Germany) with series identification - but they remained anon. as they didn't match with the series of known makers!
