Hello everyone. I hope this an acceptable thing to post here. If it makes any difference, it's the first and last time I will be doing it.

At any rate, some time ago, for reasons I won't get into, I dismantled my darkroom and converted to digital printmaking. I have a small number of fiber-based, selenium-toned, mounted and matted prints left from my darkroom days I'm hoping to sell to fund ongoing photo projects. While I can't absolutely promise you that I'll never make 'traditional' prints again, as it stands, it's looking that these will be extremely 'limited-edition' prints. So when I'm famous, you can sell them for millions.:)

Here are the prints:

8x10's matted to 14x17:
1) Early Morning, Sculptured Beach, Point Reyes

The smaller prints are 300. and the larger ones are 400. If it makes any difference, a very long time ago Michael Smith from Lodima Press said I should double my prices, which I never did-ha!

Thanks for your time and consideration,

Austin

I didn't see this until today. I've been told to double my prices as well. I didn't either. How'd you do with this sale?

Wow, I didn't think this thread would resurrect itself. Vinny, to tell you the truth, I didn't do too great. I guess people didn't believe the part about me becoming famous. Well, don't say I didn't predict it people! :)

Ed, number two (Intake Tower) and number three (Uncle Neil's Glove) are gone, but the others are still available. If you're interested, I'll stop by the post office and get an idea as to the shipping. How about a Christmas Special: buy two prints and get a third (of equal or lesser value) for free. That's right, free!

I've seen Austin's prints in person. He should have doubled his prices.

Good luck with the sale, Austin. I wish I could afford to collect them.
