If not a UV printer, it may designed for erasing PROM chips. It looks like a UV box and could be used, or modified to use, for printing.

In addition to zapping PROMs, it could have been used to expose circuit boards for photo etching too.

I never seen this before you posted.
I think UV contact printer....

So far all your posts have been pretty random with nothing to do with LF photography. If this is the prelude to some kind of spam. You will be banned and everything you written deleted.
