I'm looking for a UV plate burner for larger plates than fit my Nuarc 26-1k. I have the vacuum frame but need the light source (and timer.) I'm thinking of using an old NuArc CP25 Exposure Lamp that I have but I'm not sure if it used or is supposed to use a bulb that puts out enough UV for my photogravure work. Does anyone have experience using these? If I can make it work there's no need to dish out $$$ for a larger plate burner system, and it would save a lot of room in my darkroom.
