anyone noticed the 48in ~1219mm f6.3 Aero Ektar on the bay?

Has anyone else noticed the 48in (~1219mm) f6.3 Aero Ektar on that site? 200 lbs and IIRC he has a $2500 Buy-It-Now. The first picture shows a 35mm film cannister sitting in the lens rim. Ginormous.

I like the engine lift (?) the seller shows holding it up. There's also a more "practical" 24" f/6 A-E on Ebay as well for a reasonable price.

Looks like a pretty serious emitter. You could put it in the kitchen corner and radiate rodents with it. Some blackbird is missing it's tele?

these lenses are extremely popular with the amateur astronomy crowd. Many turn them into telescopes.

I don't even think a Sacthler could hold it. You really need a special mount that balances it about the center of gravity.
