I can buy a few boxes of Fujichrome Velvia (4x5 inch) RVP 50 from the year 2002.
According the seller it was in the fridge all the time. Can I use this film or should I skip this deal. I have to pay 50 Euro for 6 boxes.

Should be OK. There will probably be some colorshift towards magenta, but that adds to the quality :-) How many sheets per box? If it's for 50 sheet boxes, that's a great price :D

IMO most of my outdated slide film (earlier than 2006 or so) has come out pretty disappointing, especially Velvia because of the color shift. Some people happily use it but I would rather shoot fresher film myself for "real" shots.

No, it is 10 slides per box. When I order a new box it cost 40 Euro per 10 sheets.
