I know we have a few members who use the stainless steel center core for Jobo.
I picked up some rods that had no top piece and have so far not been able to make a home made part that works well.

Can someone post a picture of the top part that locks into the light trap of the Jobo lid for me?

I would be greatly appreciated.

The rods for stainless reels should be beveled there should be a button stopper in the funnel when used with these reels..

Thanks Greg,

I had one years ago and sold it, which proves we should never sell off odd stuff like this!
I started using a Wyng Lynch at work and sold the Jobo stuff. :(

Can you shoot the other side for me so I can try and make a replica?
I have the steel rods and they have the bottom plug in place, it is just the cap that is missing. But from the look of that pic it should be pretty straight forward if no fluid passes through the cap and only enters the tank via the side slots of the light trap on the lid.

I just bought 2 more light traps for the Jobo lids in case I mess one up doing this.

I have made a very successful home made system to process 120 with standard stainless reels in a Jobo 1500, but it would be great to finish this and be able to do 35mm with my stainless Hewes reels.

Thanks Greg!
