Water control panel

Does anyone know what brand water control panel this is? It sorta looks like a Delta 800 but there are two outlets at the top not one, and the filter housing is stainless not plastic. I wonder what size filters it takes. Certainly is convenient.

Just FYI according to Delta it uses their standard 9 3/4 inch filters, and that model of water panel hasn't been made in 12 years.
