Zone VI Compensating Timer - what probe?

Does anyone know of an appropriate replacement temperature probe for this? There's nothing listed on the Calumet site, or if there is I couldn't find it. I'm guessing it's some kind of thermistor, but that doesn't narrow it down very much. It could be a thermocouple probe, I suppose, but probably not an RTD (too expensive).

You will have to call Calumet's service department. They still service and have some parts for Zone VI products. The probe is about $65. I bought a back up a few months ago.
