Hi all,
Does anyone have a copy of the instructions for making a DIY vacuum frame that used to be on the Bostick & Sullivan site?
The link has been removed and my emails to them have been unanswered but they are apparently quite good.

Jon,
Unfortunately, I can't help you with those particular instructions. But, since I've been thinking of building one myself, and may have found the ideal material for it (black Forex/Sintra board), there's a bit of information I found a while ago. Apparently, what helps greatly with the strength and the distribution of the pull are the channels filed/cut between the holes. These channels should intersect the holes and extend to the edges of the frame. Hope this helps.

Thanks! That appears to be the one. I wonder why bostick-sullivan disabled their link?

Thanks for the link David.
@Massimo. I did view that video some time ago but didn't really like his methodology.
