Hi, can this film be used on a 4x5, and if so, what holder is needed?

Pola 405 or Fuji PA145, same as the current Fuji packs

Cool, thanks. Any standard advice on shooting/processing? Same as for 55 i.e. expose for the negative? I never shot neg/pos Pola in my life, this'll be the first time.

I've never done the small stuff, imagine it would be somewhat more delicate. Have fun.

Are you aware that this film has been off the shelves for several years?

Yep, and these two packs have been on someone's shelf for several years, at least since 1999...

polaroid brochure says for 665:
ASA 80 for positive
ASA 50 for negative

for the 55:
ASA 50 for positive
ASA 32 for negative

I had good negatives with the 55 at ASA 25.
So it could not be bad to try the 665 at ASA 40.

have fun
