if you are selling,
list it on ebay with good photos. Start the bid at $0.99 and have no reserve...you will certainly determine its exact market value if you do this.


if you are buying, search completed listings on ebay. or find the lens (or a Rodenstock Sironar-N - which is what this lens is) on KEH and see what they want for it.
