Do you want to save the existing bellows or replace it with a new bellows?

Pretty easy, although saving the existing bellows isn't quite as easy.

Work from the front first. Remove the lens. Then the retaining screws on the inside of the lens plate (working with front standard compacted. work from the lens plane end of the camera). These (if memory serves - i'm doing this from memory) hold a plate on that pinches the front of the bellows (inc. bellows front frame) to the front standard. I remember from there it is quite self explanatory. The rear standard is glued on, hence not easy to get the rear free without damage.

Might be able to dig an old 110b out in a few days to jog my memory.

AHH figured it out. There are some metal tabs on the inside holding the bellows in place. From inside the rear opening. Not glued in place.

the bellows are glued from the front, and crimped with the metal tabs from the back.

i.e. don't change bellows unless you really have to !
