I want to buy a fujinon 90mm len for my 4*5 camera,could someone tell me what the difference between fujinon 90mm/F8 SW and fujinon 90mm/F5.6 SWD?thanks a lot!:)

The design is different. More elements in the SWD makes it bigger and heavier but brighter and with larger coverage. Both do a fine job on 4x5 with plenty of movements. If you have a folding camera and go hiking you may appreciate the smaller size and weight of the 90mm SW.

To be exact, the Fujinon f5.6 90 SWD is an 8 element lens, with a 236mm image circle, that takes an 82mm screw-in filter, and weighs 607gms.
The Fujinon f8 90 SW is a 6 element lens , with a 216mm image circle, that takes a 67mm screw-in filter, and weighs 407gms.

The maximum F-stop is the biggest difference. My F8 is the lens I use the most. It can be a little challenging to focus under low light though.
