Chris McCaw has a new exhibit of his "Sunburned" series at Stephen Wirtz gallery at 49 Geary St. in San Francisco. The show formally opens tomorrow, March 4th, with a reception for Chris from 5:30-7:30pm as part of "First Thursdays." Hope to see you there.

I was there this evening and have to say this is lovely work. Both inspiring and moody.

Especially like the presentation in Stephen Wirtz gallery which has the most open floorspace of any of the 49 Geary galleries.. giving you room to step back and admire the images from your chosen distance. Now having the room to do so on First Thursdays, that's another matter!

Ditto. Chris was happy as a clam, and his new work is really nice. The space is great, as Brian said, especially for his 30x40 prints!
