I am trying to install new bellows for my Wista 45 DX. I did not realize that my old bellows is glued in. Any suggestions to how take out the old one and install the new one. Thanks!

I bought some Chinese replacement bellows and simply glued them in with contact adhesive. The rear section is easy, but the front has them sandwiched between two plates. It's not too difficult if you're handy, just use a sharp blade to scratch off the old material. The new bellows are of excellent quality for the price, too.

You can get Wista replacement bellows and other Linhof and Wista replacement parts from Linhof/Wista service in the USA at marflex@aol.com.

Good to hear, I was about to purchase a set of their sinar bellows for my DIY camera.

I remember now, I used black polyurethane to attach the bellows to the rear standard and contact adhesive to attach the front.

Thanks Gordon and others!

I got Wist Bellows from marflex@aol.com. Kinda pricey though. I used acetone to scrub of the old glue and about to use rubber cement for adhesive - excellent suggestion from marflex.
