At the risk of blasphemy, here's a PS treatment to look like Collodion... 'kinda... They had Circle K back in the 1860's right??

The only authenticated genuine prints from collodion that I have seen were those from Freeman Studios in Sydney, Australia. They were displayed by the State Library of New South Wales as part of their collection. Freeman Studios were responsible for recording the "stuffed shirts" of Sydney. The prints were large. They were of far greater quality than most prints I have seen from any other process. Perhaps your reference is to Sally Mann's "Deep South" which has its own virtues, despite the less than perfect technical qualities. Otherwise, no, your scan doesn't have any particular qualities specifically to do with collodion.
