Welcome to group therepy! :) We can always use more experienced opinions since us old guys have already made alot of the mistakes! Often more than once!! Protocols??? Easy, be nice...most of the folks around here aren't too argumentative but still express their opinions freely. I'm one of the guys who don't tend to spend much time on politics, etc.
