I wish this feature wasn't so easily hit. I have a movement disorder that's caused me to click it twice now when I didn't want to. I'm fairly sure I'm not the only one who's ever done this. A warning pop-up or converting this to a drop down menu or some other way would be nice, IMHO. :)

I hit it a couple of times by accident when trying to access Forum Tools. Annoying that there isn't an Undo feature...

Or even separating it from "New Posts" more might help.

You can click "Unified View" to pull up the threads from the last day if you're curious on recent forum activity.

clicking that button actually makes your browser run better ...
just hit unified view afterwards as Jeremy suggests ...
the only difference is the titles are a different tone of blue ... :)

I've done that before also.

I didn't even know the function existed... and still can't find it!

I spent a couple minutes looking for this feature and couldn't even find it much less hit it accidentally. Maybe it depends on how you access the forum? I bookmark it and then go through Unified View (or maybe I just didn't look closely enough).

I have done far more than two times accidently! When I do, I just hit "here" that comes up when you then hit "New Posts" and there are not any new posts (it takes you to all posts in the last 24 hours).

I would like a "My Posts" on the toolbar like they have on APUG. That is nice for checking for replies to topics I have commented on.

And away from the PM link...

Yeah, I'm just accustomed to the regular view.

Yes, that is a nice feature.
