I had to look around and think the problem being pointed out is that there's no link for Scott's workshop at the posted link. Maybe the workshop has been filled and the blurb removed ? Dunno...

It's also possible the workshop didn't meet minimum enrollment and has been canceled. An email to the AA Gallery will get the question answered.
