V700 - SilverFast Ai Studio - License Transfer

I just picked up a used V700 and the SilverFast Ai software. I checked on the forum site of Laser Soft Imaging, but their isn't much information regarding licensing transfers. Has anyone out there successfully transferred licensing?

Hi Ted,

I've found the folks at Silverfast to be pretty easy to deal with... send them a and explain the situation to them. I wouldn't think they'll give you much of a hard time...

I haven't transfered any software (only updated and upgraded) but have contacted them with questions and problems You will need the serial number of your software so they can check if it's been registered and if so, transfer it to you. I've found them fairly easy to work with given a little time. Good luck.
