Calibration slide

Can anyone give me help on where I can find a calibration slide, #274E7B260 for a Creo Scitex scanner? I've tried Kodak, and they were NO help, refusing even to look up to see whether they had the slide when I said I had the catalog number. "Nope, sorry, we stopped supporting that model 6 months ago." Anyway, any idea were I might be able to buy, new or used, such a slide.
