Display lighting

I am looking for a source for portable display lighting for finished, framed prints.
I like the idea of portable because I would like to use the lighting regardless of where the print will be shown.

I think there is lots of new lighting technology, such as led.

I am looking for something that doesn't look cheap and will light images from 20x30 to 40x50.

So, do any of you know of a good source?
