Well, although they'd like to move to wholly-owned contents, most stock agencies sell photographer's "own" images, so I don't see anything different there. And unlike an "agency" like alamy that is essentially unedited, snapvillage, like istockphoto and other micros, will be edited.

Thats what I wondererd But isn't Corbis a particularly big player and do others allow the photog to tweak the selling price? I don't know enuf about this stuff.
