I have just started processing my B & W film ( Acros 100 and TMax 100 ) using the BTZS system. The ES suggested for paper printing in suggested at 1.0 to 1.15 depending on the paper used. A longer ES requires different processing to expand the film scale to match the paper scale. My question is what is the preferred ES for Digital B & W printing? Does this vary by printer and inkset type? Thanks, Steve

A friend who has done it more than me started out using 1.0, but has recently been trying 1.05. Generally, I've found a lower ES works better for scanning.
