A couple of months ago there was a camera for sale that was like a Graflex but it had front rise and tilt. What was the name of that camera?

Could have been a Busch pressman -- it fits the description...

Sorry, but no. I meant the Graflex like the Graflex Super D, which was a 4x5 SLR.

It was a competitor to the Graflex. It think it was called a Meridian, or Mentor. Something like that.

If it was an SLR, it may have been a Mentor Reflex. There were a couple of other brands, also. The Meridian and MPP cameras are fashioned after the Speed Graphic.
