Sorry don't have experience with these timers, but I thought I'd mention that there seems to be another similar device marketed by RH designs (more expensive, but dual channel)

Which is based on Gene Nocon's timer (no longer produced)

Maybe you can compare specs, between the two units.

Personally I have no experience with the Darkroom Automation timer, but based upon everything I have read I bought the RH Designs Stop Clock Pro. Dr. Richard Ross, owner(?) of RH Designs is a heck of a nice guy as well, friendly and very nice to deal with. The StopClock Pro is one one the items that I will never sell, it is great.

I use the RH Designs Stop Clock Pro also and I will never use another. very well designed and easy to learn and operate. Dr Ross is a nice guy and I would deal with him again.
