Wisner Technical Field - Manual?

I found reference to a manual for Wisner Technical Field cameras while searching the forum. Sadly, the link is no longer active. Does anyone have the pdf and could share it, please?

Specifically, I just received a 5x7 model and want to make sure that I treat it well.
